Write to me
I read every message myself and usually respond within 24 hours.

If there is a problem with your order
Write to me with your order number. If the download link isn't working or the email hasn't arrived, I will resend your access — this usually takes just a few minutes.
If you want to order for a club or school
For youth groups, clubs, and educational institutions, we will find a solution. Write to me with how many copies you need and for what purpose.
If you know it differently
Then please write and tell me. Seriously.
In our field, there are multiple answers to many questions, and from here, I cannot always tell whether I have made a mistake or if your family simply learned it differently. I want to know both.
It is most helpful if you tell me where in the book it appears and how you know it. Corrections will go into the next edition.
You are not doing me a favor by staying politely silent. You do me one by writing.
If you want to write or talk about the book
For readings, interviews, or review copies, just get in touch. I am happy to send a complimentary copy.
